Howard P. Tay, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Tay received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He went on to complete his doctor of medicine degree at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He completed his training in general surgery and urology at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Tay is board certified by the American Board of Urology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
